Honda Repair: Dirty steering wheel fluid and noisy when turnning, cv boots, steering wheel

Hi,
I have a 96 Honda Accord. The power steering wheel fluid is very dirty, and when I turn the wheels, the noise comes from the left front wheel. What may be the cause(s)? Please help. Thanks.

That can be a possiblity but i can not tell so if you can tell me what type of noise, if its a clicking noise when your turning while your driving its your inner/outer cv boots but if it makes noise while you turn your wheels in the stop position i would have to have more details please thanks
