Honda Repair: 93 accord engine problem, spark plug wires, haynes manual

Question
Hello, I seem to be having a problem with my 93 Accord EX.  It was working fine, then I stopped at a light and when I took off it was having an acceleration problem and has been doing it ever since.  I'm unsure if its just missing on one cylinder, or if its not getting enough fuel or something else.

It happens even in neutral, if i give it gas slowly it seems fine, but if I step on the gas any quicker the engine sputters very badly.  Instead of a smooth rev, it revs more like a propeller or machine gun, and causes the car to shake.

I've been reading the haynes manual and trying to do some diagnostics, and heres what I've done so far.

1. tried replacing the spark plugs.  This actually made it much worse.  I had nice 4 prong spark plugs in there from the previous owner, and I put in some regular old spark plugs and not only did that not fix the problem, it caused it to idle extremely erradically jumping up and down about 300 rpm's at a time.  But I put back in the old spark plugs and now its back how it was.

2. I checked all the spark plug wires both visually and with an ohm tester, they all tested fine with 14000 ohms in the shortest wire, and 21000 ohms in the longest.

3. I checked the distributor cap and rotor.  They seem fine, no cracks or trails, just very small amounts of white powder on the metal bits in the distributor cap, but i was told that is normal.

4. I had someone turn the key while I stuck my head under the car to listen if the fuel pump was coming on.  I think it sounded fine, I heard a breif whirring while it pressurized the system.

5. I used a trick where you use a screwdriver like a stethascope to listen to the fuel injectors.  They all seemed to be making the clicking noises and all sounded the same.

All this still hasn't done anything, I'm running out of ideas to try next to going out and buying a fuel pressure tester, although the stores are closed now.  I really don't know as much about cars as it probably sounds, I've just been going by the haynes repair manual.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
I PERSONALLY HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM SO CHECK ALL YOUR FUEL FILTER AND ALL THE INJECTORS TO MAKE SURE ITS NOT CLOGGED. THE FUEL PUMP WILL STILL SOUND LIKE ITS PRESSURIZING BUT SOMETIMES THERE WILL BE LOTS OF BUILD UP IN THE TANK AND THAT WILL START TO CLOG UP THE STRAINER THAT IS CONNECTED TO PUMP WHICH WILL MAKE THE ENGINE NOT TO RECIEVE ENOUGH FUEL SO TRY THOSE TROUBLESHOOTS AND IM SURE IT SHOULD WORK.
