Honda Repair: My Honda Civic, sitting on a hill, radio click

Question
I was driving my 2001 Honda Civic listening to a C.D and all of the sudden the radio cut off.  I started pushing buttons and then it came back on.  A minute later it turned off again, then I realized that my A.C. was clicking on and off also. Then I got really worried because I noticed that ABS and SRS were lit up on my dash.  I pulled off the highway and into a parking lot and put my car in neutral.  The car started revving up and down (my foot wasn't on the gas) the RPM's were jumping up to about 2500 and then going back down.  So I cut my car off.  When I tried to restart it about 10-15 minutes later it wouldn't start, there was just a really fast clicking noise.  After about 45 minutes I tried to start it again and it started, but while we were sittimg there the radio click off and on again, so I cut the car off.  When I tried to restart it it just did the clicking noise again.  I got it towed home.  I tried jumping it off when we got it home and nothing happened.  My dad told me to turn my lights on and blow the horn.  I pushed the horn and it blew for maybe 10 seconds then it just stopped and my lights were noticeably dimmer than they were before.  He told me to go get a new battery.  Once we got the battery and got it hooked up my car started right up.  I have been driving it around for about 2 days now and a few things are still acting funny.  My radio just reads "COdE" and when I press buttons it then reads "ERROR" then after it has been off for awhile it reads "COdE" again.  Another thing is when I am sitting at a stop light or something, with the clutch pushed in and my foot on the brake it idles really low, it gets really quiet and I keep thinking it has cut off.  The last thing is that I was sitting on a hill waiting to pull out and the RPM's started going up and down again, but when I pulled out into the road and gave it gas it was fine.  So, any suggestions? Please let me know anything that might help! I have had this car less than 30 days!!!  According to the dealer the car was stolen but there was absolutely no damage!  Thank you.

Answer
If you have had this only this long take it back to the dealer.  Everything should be under warrenty...if its not heres some things to check:

You MAIN relay
ALL fuses inside and under hood
Alternator - could be that the battery gets drained and not getting enough charge back thats why it "shut off and on"

get back to me
