Honda Repair: Honda Heater Blower Motor, fan blower, passanger side

My fan for the heater/ac quit working while running one day and won't come on at all now. I checked the fuse and it isn't blown (I even put in a new one to be safe and it still didn't work). I guess it's either the fan blower motor or, from checking other sites the relay switch? I saw that I should check it with a 'light'. What does that mean, and also could you please tell me where the fan blower motor is located? I have a 1995 Civic Ex with V-tech. Thank you soooooo very much. Claudette

The unit is located under the dash mostly on the passanger side.  You might have stripped the fan from the motor...does it run at all?  can you hear it but no air comming out? You might wanna get a repair book and look up where the relay's for the fan and motor are located.
