Honda Repair: 1993 honda transmission, honda transmission, motor mounts

I installed a motor and transmission in a 93 accord. The motor i installed used to have a standard transmission. The new setup has a used automatic tranny. Everything seems to run fine except i'm getting alot of vibration in reverse.I'm not sure if its the tranny or not but it feels like it might be.
          What do you think?

If you are getting a lot of vibration, it sounds like you have either a bad motor mount, (check the rear mount) or somewhere you did not get the bolt in properly for one of the mounts. I have seen where people do motor mounts and they do not get the bolts in correctly. Check all the mounts and make sure the motor or trans is not hitting the body of the car when u put it in reverse.
