After u take off the outer door panel how do u get the panel off that the window motor is mounted to?

You'll need to remove the 10mm bolts (about 8) which hold the panel to the door as well as remove the window from the regulator and unbolt the door latch and outside door handle from the door.  They're all attached to the inner panel, of which the regulator is a part.

Do follow up and let me know the purpose of your project.  Depending on what exactly you wish to do, there may be a simpler way to go about things.  Once I know what specifically you're doing, I may be able to give you a reasonable step-by-step.
