Hyundai Repair: fuel pump, electronics, hyundai accent 2001, hyundai accent

Hyundai accent 2001. My car suddenly stop turning when i started it.  It turns but the gas doesn't seem to pump.  I tried turning the key on but I can't hear anything from the gas tank.  I've changed my wires, spark plug %26 the maf %26 it seemed to be fine for a day %26 then it stop occasionally.  I'd wait a bit or sometimes a day and then it would start. Now it wont start at all. I've had 5 mechanics check it %26 no one can find what the problem is. The last mechanics told me that I might have to change the car's computer.  Please help, I just want the car to work for good

The first step in determining the problem is to determine what type of problem it is.  You seem to indicate you cannot hear the fuel pump run, yet the repairs you've done thus far have been related to the ignition system and the fuel management electronics.  The answers to the following questions will help us determine where the problem lies:

1.  Does the check engine lamp illuminate when the ignition is turned on?
2.  Do you have any fuel pressure when the engine is cranking?
3.  Do you have any spark at the spark plugs when the engine is cranking?
4.  Is the timing belt intact and the camshaft correctly timed?
