Hi my 2000 model Hyundai sonatas hazard is not working when i switch it on nothing works and if the indicators were on it  too stop working when i switch off the hazard light the indicators works as usual and the front 2 Ac blower vents are not working as the air is not coming through it whereas  the other 2 at the other 2 sides work  ...

There are likely two fuses in your below-dash fuse box that control power to the hazard switch.  Again, using the diagram on the cover as a guide, check these fuses.  One is for the turn signals, the other is for the hazard lamps.  If one is blown, replace it.  If not, your hazard switch may be bad.  Since your turn signals operate properly, we already know that the relay and most of the wiring are okay.

In regard to the A/C, if the air comes out of the left and right dash registers and not the end two, there should be a control on the center two registers which controls air flow through them.  If, on the other hand, you're indicating that the air won't switch properly between the defroster, dash, and floor registers, check the cables at the heater box to be sure they're properly attached.
