Hyundai Repair: problems with 2003 tiburon, secondary ignition, key light

my 2003 tiburon 2.0 4 cy , while driving the car bucks and the check engion light and the key light  flash   whats wrong with my car ???

Anytime the check engine lamp is flashing, that indicates a misfire bad enough to damage the catalytic converter.  If you haven't yet damaged the converter, continuing to drive the car without repair will do so.

Most misfires are caused by faulty secondary ignition components (spark plugs, plug wires, and ignition coil), so I'd recommend checking them for proper function.
