Hyundai Repair: 2004 Hyundai Elantra Windshield Washer Pump, windshield washer pump, 2004 hyundai elantra

I have already removed the splash guard under the fender.  I can see the winsheild wiper reservoir.  How do I replace the windshield washer pump?  Can I take the pump out without removing the reservoir?  How do I do it?  Can I buy a pump at an auto parts store, or do I have to go to a Hyundai dealer?  Also, can I buy replacement rivet screws?  I don't know what they are called.  They are the plastic anchors and screws that hold the splash guard in place.

You can use a pump purchased at the dealer or anywhere else you can find the correct part.  The pump simply snaps into the bottom of the reservoir.  You might check your local parts store for the retainers, but if they don't carry them, you'll need to purchase at the dealer.
