Hyundai Repair: 05 sonata will not start, crankshaft position sensor, camshaft timing

Question
i have an 05 sonata with a four cylinder motor. I changed the oil in the car and after words it would not start.
I changed the crankshaft positioning sensor that ended up being split and i found a ecs fuse blown and replaced that as well, but still no luck on starting.  Now my thoughts are at pretty much a loss besides the brain. I dont want to go out spending money on a bunch of part or take it to the dealer if i dont have to, so would you have any idea's?

Answer
If your crankshaft position sensor was split, you should closely check the timing belt condition and the camshaft timing.  In every case I've seen physical damage to the crank sensor on this engine, teeth have been coming off the timing belt and getting caught between the sensor plate and the sensor, causing the damage.

I checked for an "ECS" fuse and was unable to locate one in the fuse box diagrams.  Can you tell me which fuse box contained the fuse along with the fuse's rated amperage?  Also let me know whether this was a standard fuse or one with a see-through top.

Additionally, does the starter crank the engine?
