Hyundai Repair: 02 Hyundai accent 1.6l, fuel pressure regulator, coolant leak

Question
im getting an arc from my crankshaft to my oil pan may be a ground but not sure. in the last month i replaced the spark plugs, wires and coil twice cause in every gear (5 speed) at about 4,000 rpm the car has a dead spot looses power, think it may be a fuel problem, the plugs are scorched with no oil on them, with just a little bit of carbon, i also asked a few people if it could be the head gasket but no coolant in oil, no overheating, no coolant leak from head, no bubbles in radiator and flowing good, please help i put a lot of money in this car and would like to keep it, i also replaced the fuel filter and did nothing, the only other thing with fuel that i could think of is fuel pressure regulator

Answer
"im getting an arc from my crankshaft to my oil pan may be a ground but not sure."

I have no idea what this means.  Is this something you see, feel, hear, etc.?  Provide as much description as possible.

In response to the dead spot, you might suspect low fuel pressure or a partially clogged catalytic converter.  Both these issues will cause a lack of power at high rpm.

Is your check engine lamp coming on?  If so, get your read your diagnostic trouble codes.  This could lead you directly to the source of the issue.
