Question
QUESTION: my 03 tibron window sprayer eont spray the wipers work fine

ANSWER: There could be any number of problems causing this.  The answers to the following questions will assist me in narrowing the possibilities.

-- Have you verified there is solvent in the washer reservoir?
-- Are temperatures in your area potentially cold enough to freeze the solvent?
-- When the stalk is pulled to activate the washer, do the wipers operate for a couple sweeps?
-- Can you hear the washer pump run when the stalk is pulled?
-- Does the washer fluid run out onto the ground when the washer is activated?

Answer
Hey, Adam.  Not sure if there was a problem somewhere with your original follow-up which seemed to include all the information above, or with the reply, which I've cut and pasted below.  Hopefully, you receive the answer this time.

The fact that the wipers sweep indicates that the signal is being properly provided by the wiper/washer switch.  If we make the presumption based on your answers that the washer fluid isn't frozen, there's a strong likelihood that there is an open circuit in the washer pump.  It's also possible there's a problem with the wiring to the pump, but this is very unlikely.
