Hyundai Repair: 2000 Accent 1.5L engine coolant troubles?, hyundai accent 2000, coolant level

Question
My Hyundai Accent 2000 automatic has been smoking from the engine when the car is accelerating, after it has been driven for a while.  I just looked in the engine after driving it for about 10 or 15 minutes, and I noticed coolant that seems to be seeping out from what I think is the fan belt area, (located right at the front, near the radiator cap).  The coolant level in the reservoir is just above the "F" line (while engine is hot, when engine is cold it's between "L" and "F").
Any thoughts?  Also my car has around 130,000 miles on it.  Thank you

Answer
I'm going to presume you're referring to the fan area; your fan is electric and not belt driven, and the belts are on the engine near the right fender area.

It seems apparent that you have a leak.  You'll need to replace whatever component is actually leaking.  While the radiator would be the obvious choice here, you'll want to have a good look at the radiator hoses as well.  Sometimes coolant leaking out of the radiator hoses will spray onto the radiator (and fans) due to the pressure in the system.  If necessary, you can unbolt the fans from the radiator to have a closer look at the radiator itself.
