Hyundai Repair: Stalling out when idling, fan blade, fan operation

Question
Ok so here's the story, my girlfriend was driving at she hit a dear. The dear clipped the front right end and messed up the exhaust which she got replaced. Now whenever she drives the car long enough and it warms up it and when she stops at a light the car will vibrate vigorously until it stalls out. She has had it checked by aamco and they said its not the transmission. She also still has a broken motor mount but they said thats not the main cause of the problem. Could it be a problem with the wiring due to the crash?

Answer
This is one possibility.  The wiring to the fan may be damaged, causing the engine to overheat and not idle properly.  More likely, however, is that the fan blade itself was damaged and is out of balance.

To check fan operation, simply turn on the A/C.  Presuming this is a fairly new vehicle, it should cause both the fans to run.  If you get the vibration at this time, you'll be able to tell which fan is causing it simply by unplugging the electrical connectors for the fans one at a time.  If unplugging one of them makes the vibration go away, it's caused by the fan that was just unplugged.
