Auto body repair & detailing: cab roof, dent repairs, hail damage

Question
i have a 2006 ford ranger xlt pick up that has alot of hail damage. my concern is the cab roof should remove and replace in order to repair. does this weaken the cab.is this how you would do it?

You can have paint less dent repairs done to the roof panel in which they use special tool to pop the dents out from the inside. Or you can use bondo to fill the dents if it is not to dented. Or yes you could replace the roof panel. And if done right No it don't weaken the roof it actually makes it stronger Because it will have more welds then the factory puts it them.
