QUESTION: the codes that are coming up are PO421, PO357, PO304, PO187, PO401. WHAT is going on with this thing?????? please help and thanx.

Answer
Here's what the diagnostic trouble codes mean:

P0187: Indicates a low voltage in fuel temperature sensor B.  To my knowledge, this trouble code isn't used for any Hyundai vehicles.  At the very least, it's irrelevant to your vehicle as it only has one fuel temperature sensor.  Perhaps you've copied the code incorrectly or you have a communication issue with your code reader.
P0304: Misfire #4 cylinder
P0357: Indicates a circuit problem on the 7th ignition coil.  Again, this code isn't used with your vehicle.  Same as above-- possibly copied incorrectly or communication issue.
P0401: EGR system malfunction
P0421: Manifold catalyst inefficient

If your engine is misfiring, start with diagnosing this problem.  Most misfire issues are with the secondary ignition system-- plugs, wires, coils.  Unfortunately, if it is misfiring, P0421 indicates you've already damaged your catalytic converter.

Otherwise, I recommend rereading the trouble codes to make sure you have everything correct.  If you are indeed receiving codes P0187 and P0357, you should use a different code reader-- there's an issue with the one you're using reporting codes that aren't actually present.
