Hyundai Repair: car starter does not work, car starter, remote starter

Question
When i push the button for my car starter, i hear tic tic tic.  So i guess its not the battery in the remote control.  Also the light in my dash dont work.  I cant seem to find the right fuse.  Please Help

Hi, Vanessa.  I'm going to need a little more information to send you in the right direction.  

You mention pushing a button and a remote.  Is this a remote starter that isn't working?
Will the car start normally with the key?

Also, check your exterior parking lamps front and rear.  Do the illuminate normally, or is one side out?
