Hyundai Repair: stuck spark plug cover, hyundai excel, spark plug

I have a hyundai excel 1999 but the spark plug cover is stuck! The screws just turn without coming out? Is there any other way to remove the cover?

It happens often and we usually end up breaking the cover and replacing it. Nuts that holds the bolts are pressed in side the rocker cover and over time they get loose. They start to rotate inside their seat.You can try to pry the cover while loosening the bolts but it usually does not work. Good luck!
