Hyundai Repair: wiper fuse blows on key turn to ON, hyunday atos, short circuits

Question
Hello,
I have a 2000 Hyunday Atos GLS. Wipers were working fine until it did not turn on this morning.  20A fuse was found to be blown.  With a pack of fuses... later.
I have disconnected my front and rear wiper, washer motor, rear Liscence plate light and all wiring to steering column (Wiper controls) each individually and together.  The fuse fuse contact has power running only when key is in the on position just like the majority of all the other fuses except the fuse blows right away.  No other device in the car that I haven't disconnected above is also not working.
I've sprayed the contacts to the fuse with electrical cleaner and the jack that enters the wiper control.

What should I do next?
Thank you,
MEK

Answer
Hello Mek,
It seems your problem is short to ground on the harness. You need to track power line between that fuse and wiper motor. Somewhere on that harness ,power wire is touching ground. Short circuits are the toughest electrical problems. You might need special tools to track the short and also depends on the location of short you might end up removing lots of trim parts.
