Answer
If you're not familiar with the www.hmaservice.com website, now is a good time to check it out.  There is some very good information there regarding both these trouble codes.  You'll need to register for a free account, and the site requires Internet Explorer.  Once you've logged in, select "service information," and click on the TSB (technical service bulletin) tab.  Enter your year and model, select transaxle, and read the service bulletins I reference below.

P0708 indicates that multiple inputs were received at the same time from the transmission range switch.  In most cases, the range switch itself is the culprit and needs to be replaced.  There are instructions on replacing the range switch, including proper adjustment of the switch and shift cable in TSB 03-40-013.  Most do-it-yourselfers will be able to tackle this job.

P0722 indicates a problem with the pulse generator B (output speed sensor) signal.  Hyundai has identified an issue where the transmission control module (TCM) improperly interprets induced signals in the vehicle speed sensor signal wire as signals from the speed sensor itself, making the TCM think there is a problem with the pulse generator signal.  Information on the problem is in TSB 03-40-016.  In most cases, reprogramming the TCM solves the issue, but this work must be done by the dealer.  I'd expect you'd pay one to two hours of labor for the diagnosis and reprogramming.
