Question
2003 Accent..Lug nut on front wheel was stripped or mis-threaded at factory..Asked dealer to rotate tires at 15000 miles. was told about problem and they could not remove wheel..I have checked and removed lug nut and it is stripped.  Replaced nut.. How do I remove and replace lug nut bolt..

Answer
You'll need to remove the wheel and brake caliper.  Once the brake caliper is off, you should be able to hammer the old stud out the back.  Then, install a new stud through the back side and draw down with a regular 12mm x 1.75 nut.  If you attempt this with the tapered end of the lug nut, it'll damage the nut.  If you have difficulty inserting the new stud, you may need to grind a flat on one side of the flange to allow you to push past the knuckle.
