Hyundai Repair: need help with blinker relay, fuse box, hyandai

i have no idea where my 97 hyandai excel blinker relay is.. it is not in the fuse box near my right hand drive, right foot pedal. It is not in the fuse box under the hood.. i have checked all fuses and no damage, have changed fuses for blinkers but again still blinkers turn on but no flashing

The blinker relay (flasher unit) is located in the relay center behind the tray on the very left side of the dash (on U.S. models).  Since you have a RHD vehicle, the tray may not be present or may be on the right side.  Furthermore, the relay center may be on the right side as well.
