Hyundai Repair: Alarm Spontaneously Sounds, hyundai models, sante fe

I own a 2007 Sante Fe and sometimes the factory instaled alarm spontaneously goes off. When I try to diable it by inserting the key and turning it to start nothing happens, the engine dosen't even turn over. Also at the same time I can operate the power windows with no key in the ingnisoin.

Has any one elese seen this same problem?

When the alarm sounds, the only way to turn it off is with the remote or with the following procedure:
1.  Attempt to start the vehicle and release the key to the "on" position.
2.  Wait 30 seconds.
3.  Start the engine.

On nearly all newer Hyundai models, the windows will operate for about 30 seconds after the key is removed from the ignition or until the driver's door is opened, whichever occurs first.
