Hyundai Repair: 2002 santafe, proper voltage, internet explorer

Question
passenger window will not goup with with either the drivers or passenger control.

Answer
If the window is tilted forward or backward, one of the screws retaining the window to the regulator has probably come out.  In this case, remove the door panel, locate the screw, and reinstall it.

If the window is in position normally, you'll need to remove the door panel to determine whether you're getting proper voltage to the motor when the switch is depressed.  If the motor tries to turn but cannot, inspect the regulator and window tracks.  If you're getting proper voltage to the motor but it makes no effort to turn, replace the motor.  If you're not getting proper voltage to the motor, you'll need to electrically check whether the problem is with one of the switches or with the wiring.

If you make it to this point, follow-up and I'll provide further guidance.  If you'd like, you can view the electrical schematic at www.hmaservice.com.  You'll need to register for a free account, and the site requires Internet Explorer.
