Hyundai Repair: 2002 2.4L 2WD Hyundai Santa Fe spark plugs, hyundai santa fe, balance shaft

Where are the 2 non-obvious spark plugs and how do you get to them to replace? The 2 obvious plug wires are on top of the engine and the kit only has 2 wires, but the car has 4 cylinders and plugs, but why not 4 wires? Thanks!!!

Two of the spark plugs are directly under the coils.  You'll need to unbolt the coils and remove to access the plugs.  You have only two wires because the coils make direct contact with two of the plugs.

I know this isn't related to your question, but if you haven't changed your timing and balance shaft belts, you should do so.  The recommended maintenance interval is 4 years/60,000 miles, whichever comes first, and I've seen many timing belts on the 2.4L engine strip when the vehicle was near the maintenance interval period.
