Hyundai Repair: 2002 Hyundal Accent, hyundai accent, flat blade

I have a 2002 hyundai Accent and I need to replace the speakers on the front doors. Can you please tell me how do I remove the front door panels? I've tried pulling on the door handles to see if I can see a clip to remove but can't see anything. Please help me....

The door handle is held in place by a single screw which should be obvious, so I'm presuming you're referring to the window crank.

There's an extremely difficult to access clip on the window crank behind the trim washer.  Here's the procedure I use to get the clip out:

1.  Rotate the crank so it's facing up.
2.  Insert a reasonably-sized flat blade screwdriver downward between the crank and the trim washer.
3.  Pry back on the trim washer while turning the crank.  This should prevent the washer and clip from turning and push the clip of the crank.
