i bught a new battery &starter but when i turn key over the only thing that comes on is wipers and head lights nothing els

i think you may have bumped a part of the wiring that is connected to your positive post that connects to your battery.  they usually just slide into place and is very easy to come off.  check around your positive side of the battery and make sure all the connections are in place and double check your work to make sure everything is secure.  also check your fuses.  i guarantee a  positive outcome.  good luck, let me know how it turns out.
