Hyundai Repair: power locks 2003 tiburan, lock cylinder, door lock actuator

the driver power lock can not be lock on my 2003 tiburan.  it won't lock with key or by hand.  i tried resetting but still nothing.  passenger side locks fine.  Any ideas??

Based on your description, the most likely issue is that the driver's door lock actuator has seized and the latch needs replacement.  This would be consistent with not being able to fully turn the key in the lock cylinder and not being able to move the inside lock knob.
