ANSWER: For the defogger, you'll first want to check the 30A defogger fuse in the underhood fuse block and 10A fuse #29 (top row, third from left) in the dash fuse box. If either fuse is blown, the defogger will not work.
If okay, you should next check the window terminals and the defogger/antenna module. The module is located behind the right rear pillar trim, and the connectors will be behind one or both rear pillar trims. I've seen the connectors break off the glass, and the wiring at the module burn.
The dome lamp lens should pry out of place to allow access to the bulb.

AnswerI usually insert a small screwdriver between the lens and housing and pry down on the lens. Without knowing where the detents are, you should only pry gently in any one spot. Prying too much in the wrong place can crack the lens. Once you find the right spot, it should pop loose easily.
