Hyundai Repair: Made Big Mistake And im Poor, electrical diagnosis, jumper wire

Question
my blower relay went in my 1999 elantra monday on Tuesday my girlfriend went to the hospital where they gave her some medicine that thinned her blood so my body crammed a wire where the relay was to make the blower work so my women would be warm in doing so a few minutes later my power windows went along with my air circ lights head lights and blower how can i fix this

Answer
I suspect you jumpered the relay control power to the fan motor.  The relay control circuit is a low-amperage circuit and is protected by a 10A fuse.  The relay contact circuit runs off a 30A fusible link in the underhood fuse box.

Remove the jumper wire and check the bottom right fuse in the passenger compartment fuse box.  It's probably blown.  *Do not* install a 30A fuse to run the blower motor there.  The wiring in this circuit is insufficient to handle that much current and will likely result in expensive damage to your wiring.

If the problem is indeed the relay, you'll need to go out and purchase one.  If you take the old one into the parts store with you, they should be able to find one equivalent.  I'd expect the relay won't be very expensive.  If you haven't determined conclusively that the relay is the problem, you'll need to do some electrical diagnosis to determine the issue.
