My turn signals do not work at all. I believe the flashers were replaced and the turn signal switch also.  And their still not working at all. Plus when I'm at a stop and car is running the steering wheel vibrates. Thank you

The two common issues for the turn signals not working are a defective flasher module or a defective hazard switch.  If you cycle the hazard lamps on and off a few times and the turn signals then work properly, replace the hazard switch.  

If you have the 2.0 liter four cylinder engine, some vibration while at idle in gear is normal.  Without feeling the vibration, I cannot offer an opinion as to whether your vibration is excessive.
