Hyundai Repair: alarm system control module, 2003 elantra, hyundai elantra, remote transmitter

How do I access the alarm system control module in my 2003 Hyundai Elantra. I want to program another remote transmitter that I recently purchased.  I have rudimentary instructions for programming, but I need to know what to remove to access the module.  I believe it is in the area behind the ashtray.

The alarm system is integrated into your Time and Alarm Control Module.  To my knowledge, the only way to program transmitters is by using the Hyundai scan tool.  The module is located behind the HVAC control head, but accessing it phyisically won't help you.  There's nothing you'll be able to do with the module itself.

Additionally, the maximum number of transmitters that can be programmed is two.  If you already have two operating transmitters, you won't be able to add any more.
