Hyundai Repair: Radio/Cd Player, fuse box, sonada

Question
My radio/Cd player does not work and the under hood fuses O.K. I was told there is an under dash or behind the radio fuse. Is this correct and if so how do I get to it.The car is a Hyundia 2001 Sonada

At times I can hear it play really, really low, but most of the time it does not play at all and no display ever comes up. Fuse/ other???

If the radio turns on, it's impossible for the issue to be with a radio fuse.  Depending on which audio system you have, you may have a problem with your amp, or the radio may not be correct for either the amp system or a system without an amp.  Most of the time, the issue is internal in the radio.

The interior fuse box is accessible by prying loose the cover on the left lower portion of the dash.
