-----Question-----
Recently my windows stopped working...2 front windows are stuck down and back windows are stuck up. Controls will not work. When i press on the main button to roll up or down the drivers window that switch clicks. thought it might be a fuse, but all the fuses are fine, could it be the motor or what else could it be? also is there a way to get the windows up without power?
-----Answer-----
I doubt this is contributing to your issue, but I'm going to throw out there first just in case.  Do you possibly have the window lock on?  This will prevent all but the driver's window from working, even from the master switch on some cars.

On most Hyundai power window circuits, the only things that will affect all windows are two fuses, one relay, and the master switch.  You could have a problem in any of these components.

It'd be far too large a coincidence for all four motors or regulators to fail at the same time.

If you follow up with the year and model of your vehicle, I'll reply with the locations of the fuses and relay that control the circuit.

Answer
The relay and fuses are all in the interior fuse box/junction block.  You'll be interested in fuse 16 (15A, middle row, 7th from left), fuse 20 (10A, bottom row, second from left), and the 30A fusible link.  The fusible link will be pink in color, almost square in shape, about twice the size of the regular fuses, and will have a clear top through which you can see whether it's blown.  The relay is on the rear side of the fuse box and is in the top row, 2nd from the passenger side.

If all the fuses check okay, remove the window switch and check to see if you have power in the red wire in pin 11 of the power window switch connector.  If you have power, it's almost a certainty the window switch is bad.  If not, the problem is between the fusible link and the switch, possibly the relay.
