Question
Ok more specific question on Amps located behind driver seat side panel. connectors are not identified nor i can find a wiring diagram on Hyundai on line for that.
trying to find pin  and color for the rear speaker wires and also the polarity of these. ie i believe the rear left speaker wires are the red and the blue one but witch one is + and which one is minus? and also what connector of the two going to to the amps.
also looking and trying to identify the wire that trigger the amp to be on with the radio turned on (remote for amps wiring)
your help is appreciated Thank You...

Answer
The schematic for the 2003 isn't present on the website, but the 2004 should be the same or very similar, so I've taken the information from that.  Just make sure to verify wire colors and connector position.  The Amp has two connectors, and I don't know which connector is in which position.  I've broken them down below by their connector numbers, M63-1 and M63-2.

M63-1:
Pin 1 -- red -- constant power
Pin 2 -- black -- ground
Pin 6 -- red -- constant power
Pin 7 -- black -- ground

M63-2:
Pin 1 -- black/orange -- subwoofer
Pin 2 -- green -- subwoofer
Pin 3 -- white -- left tweeter
Pin 4 -- black -- right tweeter
Pin 5 -- yellow -- right front speaker
Pin 6 -- orange -- right rear speaker
Pin 7 -- red -- left rear speaker
Pin 8 -- white/orange -- amp remote control from radio
Pin 9 -- green/orange -- subwoofer
Pin 10 -- black -- subwoofer
Pin 11 -- brown -- left tweeter
Pin 12 -- yellow -- right tweeter
Pin 13 -- white -- left front speaker
Pin 14 -- brown -- left front speaker
Pin 15 -- black -- right front speaker
Pin 16 -- green -- right rear speaker
Pin 17 -- blue -- left rear speaker
