Hyundai Repair: 96 Hyundai Elantra misfiring?, hyundai elantra, coil area

The car was feeling like it was going to stall out.  Put in a fuel injector cleaner / tuneup in a bottle to the gas tank.  Next fill up the car is jumpy and the check engine light is flashing.  What can be done to fix this?  Do I need a fuel injection cleaning, or a tune up or something?

If your check engine lamp is flashing, you definitely have a misfire.  There are numerous possible causes for misfires, but the most frequent problems are with the secondary ignition system (spark plugs, plug wires, ignition coil).  Start with checking the plug wires and the spark plugs and looking for any arcing coming from the ignition coil area.
