Hyundai Repair: Accent 2005 - Sparkplug Removal, screw driver, gray plastic

Question
Bought plugs/wires, etc.

It appears I need to removal the gray plastic cover (held down by 3 10 mm screw bolts).  However, the bolts that hold down the cover ---just continuously turn and do not come up.  Is there a locking nut or special tool I need besides a 10 mm bolt or a good Philips screw driver to remove to get to the plugs and wires?

Answer
There's nothing special that ordinarily needs to be done here.  First, check to see whether the cover lifts off.  The bolts may already be loose.

If, in fact, they're still holding the cover on and won't come loose when you turn them, the inserts in the valve cover may be turning in the valve cover.  In that case, you'll probably need to pry up on the cover while turning the bolts.  Once you get the cover off, you should be able to remove the inserts from the bolts by holding the inserts with vise grips.  Tap them back into the valve cover and on reinstallation, tighten the bolts just enough to hold the cover in place.  That way the inserts will hopefully stay in the valve cover next time.
