Hyundai Repair: loose wire 2000 Sonata (Power Steering?), sonata 2, engine harness

Well at this rate I may become a "Hyundai" expert TOO.  2000 SONATA 2.4l ENGINE. A wire without terminal is floating around off of the top engine harness (same harness as IGN.).  I think there is some sort of electrical "POST" on the top of the power steering pump.  Should there be a wire on it?

You've got it, Bob.  There should be a terminal on the end of the wire that snaps (albeit loosely) onto the post on top of the power steering pump.  The wire should be orange with a black stripe.

The purpose of this setup is to notify the ECM when you're turning the wheel so it can compensate if you're at idle.
