Hyundai Repair: Seatbelt Repair, technical service bulletins, rear seatbelt

I have a 2003 Tiburon with passenger rear seatbelt that will not retract...
Anyone have info, schematics as to how to fix???

Usually, issues with retracting are caused by the seat belt twisting behind the trim panel.  You'll need to remove the trim panels to access the mechanism and see if the belt is twisted.  If not, you'll need to replace the seat belt assembly.
