Hyundai Repair: P0340 code, no spark at 2nd plug wire. 02 Sonata 2.4L., camshaft position, sonata 2

HT: I replaced the camshaft position A sensor. No start. Checked spark at the end of plug wire. No spark on 2nd plug wire, no.3 firing order. I believe firing order: 1 3 4 2. I switched ignition coils and both work off 4th plug. Neither will work when connected to 2nd plug. 2nd plug wire no spark. Will check to see if it jumped timing. Any idea's?

Checking the cam timing is a good start.  

You might also want to check the spacer plate between the crankshaft sprockets and the plate on the camshaft sprocket.  It's possible that there's something there causing the crank or cam sensor to pick up a false TDC indication causing it to skip #2 and erroneously return to cylinder number one.
