Answer
Unfortunately, this site won't support me replying with diagrams.  You can view the diagrams (and procedure) in the shop manual at www.hmaservice.com.  You'll need to register for a free account, and the site requires Internet Explorer.  In fact, I encourage you to review the procedure there and compare it with the one I've listed below.  When replacing the timing belt, I also recommend you replace the timing belt tensioner.

1.  Support the engine with a floor jack (and block of wood).
2.  [if equipped] Unbolt the cruise control unit (three 10mm bolts), unplug, and lay on top of the engine.
3.  Remove the upper engine mount.
4.  Release the tension on the drive belt and remove the belt from one of the pulleys.
5.  Remove the two 14mm bolts holding the power steering pump in place and move the pump out of the way.
6.  Remove the drive belt tensioner and belt (two 12mm bolts).
7.  Remove the drive belt idler pulley (one 17mm bolt).
8.  Remove the upper timing belt cover.
9.  Remove the right side wheel well engine splash shield (three 10mm bolts).
10.  Remove the crank pulley (one 22mm bolt).
11.  Remove the lower timing belt cover.
12.  Remove the engine bracket to which the engine mount attaches (three 14mm bolts and two 12mm bolts).
13.  Turn the engine to align the timing marks.
14.  Remove the timing belt tensioner (two 12mm bolts).
15.  Remove the timing belt.
16.  Install the new timing belt starting at the crankshaft and working counter-clockwise.  Wedge an appropriately sized socket or extension-- if I recall correctly, a short 1/4" extension works well-- between the belt and the oil pump flange to prevent the belt from slipping on the crank pulley.  Next install on the camshaft sprocket on the front bank.  A spring-type large paper clip works well to hold the belt in place.  Continue around the water pump pulley and install on the rear bank cam sprocket.  You'll probably need to rotate the sprocket clockwise almost a tooth to get the belt on in the proper position and then turn back to remove the slack.  Last, install around the tensioner pulley.  All the slack should be on the side with the tensioner pulley.
17.  Install the new timing belt tensioner and remove the pin.
18.  Install the crank pulley and rotate the crankshaft clockwise 720 degrees.
19.  Remove the crankshaft pulley.
20.  Recheck the timing marks.  If not properly aligned, return to step 14.
21.  Install the bracket to which the engine mount attaches.
22.  Install the lower timing belt cover.
23.  Install the crankshaft pulley.
24.  Install the upper timing belt cover.
25.  Install the drive belt idler pulley.
26.  Install the drive belt tensioner with the belt around the tensioner pulley.
27.  Reattach the power steering pump.
28.  Relieve the tension and route the drive belt around all the pulleys.
29.  Install the engine mount.
30.  Install the splash shield.
31.  Reattach and connect the cruise control module.
