Hyundai Repair: problems starting sometimes, coolant temperature sensor, hyundai s coupe

Question
hi my hyundai S coupe has trouble starting some times it will turn over and over i wait 10-20 minutes and it starts the mechanic has checked the fuel pump, injectors ,spark and they appear to be fine he also changed the dizzy. when the computer was scanned it come up with the knock sensor and the water temp sensor could they be the problem what would be your advice to do

Answer
The coolant temperature sensor could be the problem.  If it reads too cold, the computer could flood the engine with fuel and cause it to not start.  Although you likely also have an issue with your knock sensor, that shouldn't affect whether the vehicle starts.

If you can explain it, I'd like to know what a "dizzy" is.  I've never heard that term in reference to a vehicle before.
