Hyundai Repair: replacing the passenger side tail light cover, phillips screws, recent snow

Question
How difficult is it to do this?  My daughter has my 2003 Santa Fe in Seattle
and she broke the tail light cover during a recent snow storm.  Apparently the
owner's manual doesn't have any instructions.  Should I just tell her to take it
to a dealer there?

Any and all insights will be sincerely appreciated.

Answer
To my knowledge, there isn't any cover for the tail lamp.  The entire lamp assembly can be removed by unfastening the two #3 Phillips screws that are exposed when the liftgate is opened.  Anyone who can operate a screwdriver should be able to remove the tail lamp.
