Hyundai Repair: 2002 Elantra Headlights, headlamp bulb, flat blade

Question
I'm trying to replace my headlight on the drivers side of the car.  It has the cover over it and I don't have the tools to get it off.  Any suggestions?

Answer
You'll need a phillips or a small flat blade screwdriver to remove the inserts that hold the cover in place.  Without removing the inserts to enable you to pry up the cover, you won't be able to remove the headlamp bulb.

If your car has less than 60,000 miles, you're probably still within the 5 year/60,000 mile warranty on the headlamp bulb.  If that's the case, simply take the car to the dealer and let them replace it for free.
