My rear passenger side window freely slides up and down but the switch does nothing.
I can hear the motor running when I press the switch but the window will not move.
Is this something I can fix on my own?

If you can operate a screwdriver and a ratchet, you should be able to fix this on your own.

First you'll need to look inside the door to see what the problem is.  If the plastic pieces have come off the bottom of the window, you'll need to epoxy them back onto the window.  If the cable has come loose from the regulator, you'll need to replace the regulator.
