Hyundai Repair: Timing Belt Replacement, factory shop manuals, timing belt replacement

Question
My parts source is out of manuals. I have a 2000 Elantra
overdue timing belt replacement (74K) I was told 60k by
dealer on replacement. Q- beside the belt what parts do I
need so Imay replace at my military auto hobby shop?
Is there a web site that I can get or receive guidance, tips and pictures to replace belt? Thanks for any info and insite. I did my 99 V6 Toy. 4Runner so the Elantra can't be much more difficult is it? Sincerely Tim K

Answer
I've not done any Toyotas, but the Elantra is pretty simple.  If you can do a timing belt on any V6, you can do a 2000 Elantra.

You don't need anything other than the belt.  You might consider whether you want to replace the drive belts, though.  You're going to have them off anyway to do the timing belt.

You should be able to find good instructions at www.hmaservice.com.  You'll need to sign up for a free account, and the site requires Internet Explorer.  Once you've gained access, you can view the factory shop manuals.
