One high beam ligh is out on the drivers side. New bulb does not cure problem. Where can I get a wiring diagram, to trace the problem. Are the left and right head lamp high beam on seperate fuses?

-----Answer-----
You can look at the wiring diagram at www.hmaservice.com.  You'll need to register for a free account, and the site requires Internet Explorer.  You'll probably also need Adobe SVG Viewer (a free download) to view the schematics, which will be found in the "ETM" section.

I don't recall any Hyundai products that have separate left and right high beam fuses or relays.  If you tell me the model year of your vehicle, I can look at the schematic and tell you for sure.

Answer
Okay.  The headlamp switch grounds the headlamp relays.  There's a high and a low beam relay, so the fact that one side works means the switch and relay are working.

If you check the headlamp connector, you should have high beam power in the green/white wire in pin 5 (center pin bottom row).  You should have ground in pin 2 (center pin, top row).  The left headlamp grounds at ground point G02, which is located on the inner fender well beside the battery.

I just remembered, too.  In the 1999 Sonata, the high beam is the lower bulb.  Are you sure you replaced the correct bulb?
