Hyundai Repair: 2003 elantra manuel, elantra, clutch

I have a 2003 elantra,I have always found the clutch to be very inconsistent, in other words you never can get a feel for it . very hard to have a smooth low rev take off with this car.Have you ever heard of this before ?

I don't like the feel of the clutch or shifter on this car, either.  Unfortunately, there's little that can be done about it as long as everything is working properly.

The clutch is hydraulically operated, which makes it difficult to feel the engagement point.  I find it easiest to try to remember where the engagement point is and focus on repeatedly hitting that point.
