Hyundai Repair: Diagnostic code, air flow sensor, vacuum leaks

I am trying to find out what is wrong with my car the code when I had a Diagnostic done was PW1128 Please what does this code stand for.

P1128 means that the engine control module must supply more fuel to maintain proper mixture under load than it thinks should be necessary.  The most frequent causes of this code are:

1.  Vacuum leaks, especially the PCV hose.
2.  Intake air bellows not properly attached.
3.  Faulty air flow sensor.
